Directors

This long-established family business was founded in 1985 by the Managing Director, Marcel Nadal, and the Co-Director, Fifi Nadal, in response to Government plans for those with extensive care needs. Both were specialist Nurses.

 

Mr Marcel Nadal has long-standing and proven years of extensive experience in the field of Mental Health and Learning Disability. He has been leading the Company since 1985. He held the Post of Clinical Nurse Specialist at Life Care and the Community Nurse Manager 1989 – 1994 and he holds the following certificates: RMN, RNMH, ENB 998, BTEC Diploma in Business and Finance, Cambridge certificate in IT.

 

Mrs Fifi Nadal brings a wealth of experience in Elderly Care and Care Home Management. She was Ward Manager for four years at Netherne Hospital and afterwards worked as a Care Home Manager from 1986 – 2000. She is responsible for clients' welfare and general wellbeing and quality assurance. Mrs Nadal has the following certificates, RMNH and RMN.

 

 

Managers

All CQC Registered Managers are qualified with NVQ / QCF level 5 in Care along with various Managerial qualifications. They have extensive experience in the field of Care, catering for a wide range of needs: Physical, Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, the Autistic Spectrum, including Asperger’s, Dementia and Palliative Care. They have a proven commitment to the training and development of staff. All staff and managers undergo recorded CPD as components of their supervisions and appraisals.

 

 

Deputy, Team leaders and Staff

Many staff have completed relevant NVQs / QCFs at levels 2, 3 and 4 and we provide QCF level 2 training to new to the sector employees. We are committed to the training and the development of all employees, through an ongoing training programme, offering both in-house and external courses. All staff are required to complete an Induction Training Programme and the Skills for Care: Care Certificate within 12 weeks of the start of their employment, along with a range of further mandatory and specialist training, which is regularly updated. All staff must pass the enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) and Safeguarding checks.
