Fircroft Services Limited is a private care company with a residential Care Home, Carlene Houses, a domiciliary care service and a supported living service.

 

 

Fircroft Care Services Ltd operates a range of care services including residential care, supported living and a domiciliary (care & support in your own home) care service. Our speciality is the support and care of those with learning disabilities and those with dementia, or a combination, including early onset dementia which may for example have occurred as a consequence of Down Syndrome.

 

Residential Services:

 

The current emphasis on support and care for those with learning disabilities is to maximise independence and community integration. Our residential, and supported living units work with this and all individuals have a safe and comfortable environment; this is their home. They are treated with respect and equality, irrespective of their needs, their culture and backgrounds and in an environment of trust and familiarity.

 

Our mission is to provide high quality personal care in a comfortable and secure environment for both younger and older individuals offering a quality and value for money service which seeks to promote self-development, the preservation of dignity and respect of the individual’s rights, views and wishes.

 

Across the services, our staff teams promote holistic care which embraces a person's physical, environmental, social, psychological, emotional, cultural and religious wellbeing as one. We promote independence and treat all individuals with respect and dignity.

 

Each individual person living with us has a person-centred plan of care and full risk assessments designed around their requirements and preferences and with their input, providing choice in all aspects of their lifestyle. We welcome visits from family and friends. To ensure that our high standards of care and support are maintained, an independent quality assurance system is in place which keys in with the requirements of the regulator, CQC.

 

Carlene Home Care is a Domiciliary Care Agency, and it is registered by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) as a Supported Living/Domiciliary Care Agency. It forms a part of Fircroft Services Limited. This provides support and care for those individuals that we support who are living in their own homes, or in supported living.

 

Carlene Home Care provides personalised support and care enabling individuals to live independently in their own homes and empowering and supporting them to take control of their lives, to build and maintain independence and live the lives they want.
